The aim of the Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service is to provide learners working in a customer service occupation the qualifications and opportunity to gain recognition of their skills in a wide range of customer service duties such as:
- Dealing with enquiries
- Processing information
- Carrying out handovers
- Resolving problems
Who the course is for:
This course is for people working, or who want to work at an operational level in Customer Service and need a qualification to show their skills and knowledge. You will gain a valuable understanding of the key principles and practices of delivering customer service, understanding the different types of customers, their needs, wants and expectations.
The opportunity to develop your communication skills with customers using appropriate communication channels, resolving customer service problems and complaints, building customer loyalty, promoting additional products and services, in addition to gaining an understanding of the legislation and regulations that governs the industry.

On successful completion of this course, you can progress on to Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service.
